Terms & Conditions
Review the main Bent terms for booking, vehicle use, deposits, route approval, fines, and liability.
Last Updated: March 25, 2026
These terms explain how Bent works. They cover requests, confirmation, approved use, charges, and liability. The final booking record and signed rental documents always take priority.
1. Using the site and sending requests
• The site is for browsing the fleet, locations, and sending quotes.
• A request is not a confirmed rental.
• You agree to provide accurate driver and trip details when asked.
2. Booking confirmation and availability
• Bookings depend on live availability, driver approval, and the handoff plan.
• A rental is confirmed only after Bent approves the booking in the system.
• Vehicle category or route approval may change if conditions change before confirmation.
3. Driver approval and documents
• All drivers must meet document checks for the selected vehicle and route.
• We may refuse handoff if documents are missing or details don't match the booking.
• International rentals may require a passport and an international driving permit.
4. Vehicle use and route restrictions
• The vehicle is for approved drivers and the agreed route only.
• Off-road use, border crossings, or racing is prohibited and voids the rental setup.
• Fuel status, return point, and mountain suitability are confirmed for the exact booking.
5. Deposits, payments, and extra charges
• Payment methods, deposit amounts, and timing depend on the booking setup.
• Bent may charge post-rental fees for damage, fines, missing fuel, severe dirt, or late return.
• Optional protection and extras apply only if approved.
6. Damage, fines, and claims
• Renter covers traffic fines, parking violations, and tolls during the rental period.
• Accidents, damage, or roadside incidents must be reported immediately.
• Protection limits and claim procedures are confirmed in the booking documents.
7. Cancellation, changes, and no-shows
• Cancellation rules depend on the rate, car, and trip setup.
• Refunds or no-show penalties are confirmed during booking.
• If the trip changes after approval, Bent must review the booking again.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If there is a conflict between this page and the signed rental documents, the signed documents take priority.
