Terms & Conditions

Review the main Bent terms for booking confirmation, vehicle use, deposits, route approval, fines, and post-rental charges before renting in Georgia.

Last Updated: 25 Mart 2026

These terms explain how the Bent public website and booking flow work. They cover booking requests, confirmation, approved use of the vehicle, charges, and legal responsibility. The final booking record and signed rental documents always take priority for the exact car, route, and handoff.

1. Using the site and sending a request

• The public website is for browsing the fleet, checking locations, sending quote requests, and reviewing public information. • A quote request or booking form submission is not a confirmed rental by itself. • By using the site, you agree to provide accurate contact, driver, and trip details when they are requested.

2. Booking confirmation and availability

• All bookings depend on real vehicle availability, driver approval, and the final handoff plan. • A rental is confirmed only after Bent accepts the request and the booking is approved in the system. • Vehicle category or route approval may change if availability, delivery setup, or trip conditions change before confirmation.

3. Driver approval and documents

• The main driver and any additional driver must meet the document and eligibility checks required for the selected vehicle and route. • Bent may refuse handoff if required documents are missing, driver details do not match the booking, or the booking was submitted with incorrect information. • International rentals may require passport details and, where needed, an international driving permit.

4. Vehicle use and route restrictions

• The vehicle may be used only by approved drivers and only for the agreed rental purpose. • Off-road use, unapproved border travel, racing, towing, or other prohibited use is never automatic and may void the rental setup. • Fuel status, return point, mountain suitability, mileage logic, and approved route are confirmed for the exact booking, not from a generic page rule.

5. Deposits, payments, and extra charges

• Payment method, prepayment logic, deposit amount, and release timing depend on the exact booking setup. • Bent may charge post-rental amounts for damage, fines, missing fuel, severe interior dirt, late return, or other confirmed extra costs tied to the signed rental documents. • Optional protection, extras, and non-standard delivery charges apply only if they were approved for the booking.

6. Damage, fines, and claims

• The renter remains responsible for traffic fines, parking violations, tolls, and claim-related obligations linked to the rental period. • Any accident, damage, theft, or roadside incident must be reported immediately so the correct support and claim process can start. • Protection scope, exclusions, deductible, and claim procedure are confirmed in the booking and rental documents for the actual vehicle.

7. Cancellation, changes, and no-show

• Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate, notice window, car, and trip setup. • Any refund, retention, or no-show condition is confirmed during booking and in the related rental documents. • If the trip changes after approval, Bent may need to review the booking again before the rental can continue under the new plan.

8. Governing law and legal priority

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If any conflict exists between this page and the confirmed booking record, signed rental documents, or legally required disclosure, the booking and signed rental documents take priority for that reservation.

This page reflects the current published website terms as of 25 Mart 2026.
